2.6.20-14.23 pauses on ThinkPad X32 (cont'd)

I managed to boot into feisty by downgrading to -14.22. The kernel
messges of of -14.23 was not able to get logged in /var/log. See
attachment for the lspci output and dmesg of -14.22.
