[Bug 68167] Hardcodes list of SCSI drivers

Public bug reported:

New SCSI drivers are added from time to time, but initramfs-tools (which
needs to add them to the initramfs) doesn't notice, as it hardcodes a
list.  Instead, it should automatically pick up new drivers when they
are added to the kernel.
