Same problems here with 2.6.15-18-k7 kernel.

If fixing this issue would also fix the floppy mounting bug, I'd be more
than happy.

USB subsystem fails to initialize sometimes at boot, so I have no mouse
support and have boot again. No idea if these two are related.
