[PATCH] ipw3945 fixes

Some ipw3945 fixes for the ubuntu kernel (2.6.17)

* Change the depenencie to IEEE80211 from the older IEEE8011_1_1_13,
that's left over from the pre IEE80211 softmac stack
* Update ipw3945 to 1.0.5, it contains one fix for associating with non
WPA access points after being connected to a WPA access point.
