Intel(r) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG not work on ubuntu 6.06

Dear all,
        when i updated my ubuntu 6.06 beta version with final kernel the
Intel(r) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Driver dose not work I'm using ubuntu 6.06 and
when i tried lsmod command i can see the module

value 0, also when i tried dmesg command the kernel see it but  i
can't
use it.

i searched online and i found some users from Intel has this issue on the
following link: http://www.bughost.org/bugzilla/

by the way ubuntu 5.10 i test before i install ubuntu 6.06 and it was
working fine and my laptop is dual core CPU.

Do you have any update about this issue?
