mppe patch dpatch location details

The bugzilla assigned me 14244, which was a request to include in our
kernel a patch posted to usenet.  I investigated and after
considerable effort was able to find the upstream location for
 linux-source-2.6.12-2.6.12/debian/patches/external-drivers-net_ppp-mppe-compression.dpatch
which is located at http://mppe-mppc.alphacron.de/.

Once I found that it was clear that our patch is identical to Jan
Dubiec's linux-2.6.12-mppe-mppc-1.3.patch.gz except for some
administrivia variation in the `diff yada yada' lines.

It would be nice if this information was in the dpatch header !  That
would have saved me quite a lot of time.

(Regarding 14244, the changelog for Jan's patch series suggests that
the issue is fixed in our 2.6.12.)
