Because to go from -4.4 to -4.5, the build needed ABI's, and since
everything didn't build, that was impossible. So to avoid an ABI bump
(wouldn't have hurt, but I didn't want anyone working on lrm and such to
be chasing ABI numbers) I disabled the check until -5.
