WIKI procedure to build the kernel from deb source is not working

*sighs* because your attachment did make my spam filter cry out loud and you
should never contact developers directly. There are mailing list for this
reasons. Also, i don't maintain the kernel anymore FYI.

I did never wrote that page and neither the kernel team did, i wasn't even aware
there was one. If it is broken.. well we will fix it when we will have time.
