The linux-kernel-headers package is there to provide kernel abi support to
poorly written applications.  Both upstream kernel and glibc maintainers
strongly say that the linux headers are not intended for use in applications. 
This is a version that has been cleaned up to work with some applications rather
than going through and fixing all the code in the archive.

I'm going to close this bug for now.  If you're having a specific problem with
the package, please feel free to reopen.
