CONFIG_BSD_PROCESS_ACCT_V3

Hi,

If possible, could CONFIG_BSD_PROCESS_ACCT_V3 be turned on in the kernels? 
This will include PID and PPID in the accounting information, which helps 
a lot during forensics analysis.
