If it was up to me I would blacklist it because you are going to get more open
bug reports about sound not working when users upgrade to hoary. But if they
want their modem to work, then the user can just download the slmodem driver
from universe. However I have seen some cases where snd-intel8x0 was loaded
before snd-intel8x0m and sound worked without a problem. Matt, its up to you I
think.
