inotify is disabled by default in the 2.6.10 kernels.  This change will be
propagated to 2.6.11 when it is updated.  Bear in mind that 2.6.11 is not an
officially supported kernel on Ubuntu; Hoary will release with 2.6.10 and only
this version will receive security updates.
