Is this a typo?  I asked you to try "noapic".  "nolapic" might also be worth a try.
Are you able to get a trace using the procedure described at
http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/DebuggingSystemCrash
?

Does this still happen with Array 6?  Is there a bug filed about this problem?
