26-Oct - 01-Nov   Regression testing & Release to -updates.<br>

This has the following impact:<br>
<br>
1. It moves the cut-off date for commits for the next cycle 2 days<br>
   earlier than before.<br>
<br>
2. This gives an additional week of testing to the next cycle.<br>
<br>
3. It shortens the "Kernel Prep" week to just 2 days but that only<br>
   impacts the Ubuntu kernel team.<br>
