For various reasons the current cycle will see only a very limited
number of updated kernels. Part of those reasons is that the Kinetic
series is reaching its end of life. So we need to get all rolling
kernels in Jammy ready to move on (including the HWE-6.2 kernel).

So except Lunar and Jammy, there will be no derivative kernels produced
for the current cycle. And for those two series, there will only be
derivatives which are related to rolling kernels.
Any derivatives which require an update will be done on request as spins
in the previous (2023.05.15) cycle.

Potential security/ESM spins might happen throughout the cycle
independently.
