25-Jan Last day for kernel commits for this cycle.
30-Jan - 03-Feb Kernel prep week.

Week of 27-Feb Release to -updates.

Since a large portion of the 2023.01.02 cycle had to be re-done to
include some important secure boot changes we were facing some
delays in getting that cycle out of the door. Which had impact on
the start of the new cycle.
Additionally there was work required to prepare for the 22.04.2
point release. Starting with that, the HWE stream for 22.04 will
switch to a 5.19 based kernel.
