Adjustments to the upcoming (2021.11.29) cycle

Due to the upcoming end of year vacation period we are going to make some
adjustments to the upcoming next cycle (see below).

08-Nov - 12-Nov   Kernel prep week.
15-Nov - 26-Nov   Bug verification & Regression testing.
         29-Nov   Release to -updates.

We have decided to move the release date to Jan-04 2022 so we do not
risk having regressions released over the end of year. Also, in order
to prepare for the next Focal point release, the HWE kernel will be
rolled to the 5.13 version with that release.
