A new SRU cycle started...

Due to the schedule of the upcoming LTS point releases [1], we are going
to release for this kernel SRU cycle only critical fixes to the 4.15
kernels in Bionic and Xenial.

The duration of the current cycle will also be longer than the usual,
due to the fact that we will release to -proposed the kernels from the
next cycle only after the point releases.
