(January 21 2016) Another Ubuntu Kernel SRU cycle has begun

Apologies for sending this out later than usual. We started this cycle
just like normal and then had to do a reset and deal with CVE-2016-0728.
We have now merged that fix in and created new kernels for this SRU
cycle. We will try to stick to the schedule below.
