Kernels updated and available

We've pushed out new releases of Trusty and Utopic kernels which incorporate
fixes for the following CVEs:
    CVE-2014-3610
    CVE-2014-3611
    CVE-2014-3646
    CVE-2014-3647

For Trusty those patches were applied to what was already in -proposed and had
been tested and verified. In addition, a fix for a touchpad regression was also
added.
