The entire Ubuntu kernel team will be attending Linux Plumbers conference
in Dusseldorf, Germany Oct. 12 - 18. Given that fact and that the testing
on the kernels in the current SRU cycle is going well I plan on making the
following changes:

Oct. 8 Release current SRU kernels to -updates

Next cycle: 10-Oct through 31-Oct
====================================================================
          8-Oct Last day for kernel commits for this cycle
09-Oct - 10-Oct   Kernel prep
12-Oct - 18-Oct   Bug verification & Regression testing.
19-Oct - 25-Oct   Bug verification & Regression testing.
26-Oct - 01-Nov   Regression testing & Release to -updates.

This has the following impact:

1. It moves the cut-off date for commits for the next cycle 2 days
   earlier than before.

2. This gives an additional week of testing to the next cycle.

3. It shortens the "Kernel Prep" week to just 2 days but that only
   impacts the Ubuntu kernel team.
