On Wed. July 16th a critical CVE was applied to the kernels that were
currently in -proposed and then those kernels were promoted to the
-updates and -security pockets.

Since the kernels have been promoted to -updates and -security the
Regression testing & Release to -updates happened a little earlier
than stated in the schedule. The remainder of the schedule remains
unaffected.
