Yet another mailing list ...

Why another mailing list you ask? We've always had trouble communicating
with folks that care about the stable kernel cadence. We've tried a
release schedule wiki page with limited success. People continued to
come to me and ask about the schedule even after having been pointed
at the wiki page. So, with this list we will be able to announce the
start of cadences and when there are respins in the works. Will this
be any more successful? Who knows, but it's worth a try.

If you don't want to be on the mailing list it's easy enough to unsubscribe
yourself.
