(11 July 2013) Another Kernel SRU cadence cycle begins ...

This cycle:

07-Jul - 13-Jul   Kernel prep week.
14-Jul - 20-Jul   Bug verification.
21-Jul - 27-Jul   Regression testing.

Nothing really jumps out this cycle. Lots of upstream stable commits
have been applied to Precise, Quantal and Raring kernels.



Next cycle [1]:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
28-Jul - 03-Aug   Kernel prep week. [2]
04-Aug - 10-Aug   Bug verification.
11-Aug - 18-Aug   Regression testing.

[1]: This cycle will produce the kernels that go into the 12.04.03
     release. That release is currently scheduled for 22-Aug.

[2]: The Kernel team will be sprinting in London during prep week
     so things might come out a little slower than usual. I don't
     anticipate any real issues.
