[Bug 646780] Re: sierra modem connection deteriorates

According to the customer setting the PPP crtscts to true in
/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/CONNECTION seems to solve the
problem. I mark the bug invalid for now, please re-open if the problem
persists.
