I'd be glad to give it a try, but I wouldn't be a able to compile a
kernel (my knowledge of Linux does not go that far). If there is a
compiled 64 bit kernel (.deb), I can install it and try it. My hardware
is DELL 6510, Intel GPU, core i7, full HD display, bios A03.

PS. Will this fix make into the 10.10 release?
