with linux-image-2.6.35-020635rc1-generic_2.6.35-020635rc1_i386
brightness buttons works good as reported in Bug #579967.

but with new Maveric Beta Buttons lost theire increas funktion again,
just a short bright flash of the screnn after pressing Increas buton,
but then brightnes falls back to lowest value
