[Bug 644250] [NEW] Failure to resume from suspend using intel_idle

Public bug reported:

My computer fails to resume from suspend unless this kernel command line
option is used:

intel_idle.max_cstate=0

This disables the intel_idle and falls back to the ACPI idle.
