Hello,

I am running Kubuntu Lucid LTS LVM 10.04.1 on x86 64 and their a problem
with the configuration by default on the system and make errors  when
any packages are updated or installed.

Exemple:

This bug are from long time but i just never see where was the log.

For info, i controlled the config but all are set to French/swiss , and
was done at install..
