[Bug 636045] Re: intel ips 0000:00:1f.6: MCP power or thermal limit exceeded

I noticed that in the latest kernel this happens instead. It seems like
it's actually a problem that the message is occurring more that extreme
amounts of repetition. Any ideas why this would be coming up at all?
