[Bug 641658] [NEW] Rhine II ain't working in Lucid

Dear ones,

Ubuntu does not enable the use of the NIC in my system.

Details should be attached. If not - I'll be glad to attach them.

I've seen a bug report with trouble about this NIC before but now I
can't find it. I think that the solution there was about a kernel
parameter like "acpi=noirq" or "apic=noirq".
