[Bug 639894] [NEW] [regression] Touchpad doesn't work on every 2nd boot

Public bug reported:

After installing 2.6.35-21, the touchpad on my Acer Aspire One 532h only
works on every 2nd system start, meaning a can't move the cursor and use
the mouse buttons.

Relevant facts:
* The times it _doesn't_ work, there a "Touchpad" tab in gnome-mouse-properties
* Running "sudo modprobe -r psmouse && sudo modprobe psmouse proto=imps" reactivates the pad, but disables the Touchpad tab.
* This didn't happen with Kernel prior than 2.6.35-21
