Note Steffan created this bug for me due to LP having timeout issues.

+ Lucid Server 10.04.1 lost all network both in and outbound. When I got
+ to the console I saw in dmesg that it had oops'ed. Tried bring
+ interfaces up/down with no success. Did a soft reboot on the box and it
+ oops'ed on the way down and wedged. dmesg showed the same oops from
+ approx 7am to 13:00ish when I rebooted.
