[Bug 577897] Re: Ubuntu 10.04 hangs at shutdown but not at restart

Hi:  I just updated my system, the startup is faster now, but I still
have a very slow shutdown process.

It started when I updated my system last week, it became very slow to
start and to shutdown.  it went from 7 seconds to 30 seconds shutdown.

I've checked on the update manager and I got the following message:

W: GPG error: http://packages.medibuntu.org lucid Release: The following
signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available:
NO_PUBKEY 2EBC26B60C5A2783


any advice?

I am using 10.04 in a Lenovo T61, 15.4 inch, 2GB RAM, 160 GB HD, Nvidia
512 MB 140M Quadro  it is a dual boot machine with win xp.
