So, looking at the source code, the SSID already has a model=dell quirk by default. If we were to change this, I want to be as certain as possible that we're not fixing one thing and causing another. For example, it seems like the toshiba model has a line-in whereas the dell model hasn't. 
Does your Dell Mini9's have a Line-in or only a mic-in?
