[Bug 632710] [NEW] After system update, 2.6.32-24 kernel can't boot

Public bug reported:

When booting, a message appears: "udevadmtrigger is not permitted while
udev is unconfigured". See attached screenshot.

Selecting older kernel (2.6.32-23) still boots the system.
