This has been observed by OEM customers with oem-config, thought the
Installer is using the same bar.
- The top bar is inconsitent with the end user experience. When a user is

the right.
Currently in oem-config & the installer they are located on the left.
This is seen as inconsistent and will can cause user confusion for less
advanced users.
