[Bug 632124] [NEW] u-boot command line has to sync with latest LSP5.3.3 kernel

On Dove-DB, two new kernel command line options are introduced in LSP
5.3.3:

lcd0_clk and lcd1_clk, they have to be initialized to either 1 - for
internal clock, 2 - for external clock #0, 3 - for external clock #1

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
