*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 631310 ***

Public bug reported:
1) uname -a
Linux name-laptop 2.6.35-19-generic #28-Ubuntu SMP Sun Aug 29 06:36:51 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux
2) cat /proc/version_signature
Ubuntu 2.6.35-19.28-generic 2.6.35.3
3) (see attached)
4) (see attached)
__________________________
1) lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu maverick (development branch)
Release: 10.10
2) N/A
3) What I expected to happen is when I run the terminal command:
sudo lshw |grep radeon
it would not cause a kernel crash.
4) What happened instead is that it got part way through then kernel
crash, and subsequent OS lockup requiring a hard reset.
The syntax I should have been using was:
sudo lshw | grep radeon
but I noticed the last time I ran it and the kernel crashed I did not
put a space between the "|" and "grep".
