[Bug 631083] [NEW] no color on tv-out with Mobility Radeon 7500

With Lucid the color on the TV-out of my Thinkpad R51 disappeared. With
"xrandr --output S-video --mode 800x600 --set "tv standard" pal" I get
the color back but on the TV screen I see a picture with grey stripes
then.
