I have the exact same problem with a Pinnacle PCTV Hybrid stick (330e) on Ubuntu 10.04
The em28xx modules are loaded, but the only devices created are /dev/video0, /dev/vbi0. 
The dvb device (/dev/dvb/adapter0) is not created.

does not, currently, have a 2.6.32-25 amd64 build.
