As comment #131, Latitude E6410, Intel Core i5 chipset.

Laptop boots fine, except that the screen remains black (backlight is on).

If I plug in a VGA screen before booting, the display comes up on the
external screen correctly, but activating both displays in xrandr keeps
the laptop screen at black. When using the "Identify outputs" option in
the KDE xrandr setting menu, both DP1 and VGA1 labels show on the
external screen.
