[Bug 634211] [NEW] /dev/dsp* disappeared after upgrade Lucid=>Maverick

mencoder is perfectly capable of using the ALSA interface to capture.
Use that instead of the deprecated (and in Maverick, obsoleted and
removed) OSS API.
