last time I wrote: "the kernel that ships with 10.10 solved this problem
on my laptop." it seemed so for a while, but now my touchpad is doing
this crazy thing again... :-( I'm not sure if there was a kernel
upgrade, beacause I use a mouse and touchpad is switched off. But on
Ubuntu 10.10 with 2.6.35-22-generic this bug is still a problem for me.
(Acer Aspire 5710 laptop)

could anyone of the bug-readers say us what to expect about this bug?
