well I must be clear, sorry.
with K2.6.32-25.44 Eth works OK
With K2.6.35-22.35 Eth works at boot (not every time), then once the
e1000e module is unloaded/reloaded or the machine goes to
suspend2ram/wakeup the link stays down.
