[Bug 657724] Re: some errors on poweroff (exit.c:896 do_exit+0x3dd)

On 2.6.36-020636rc8-generic and vmlinuz-2.6.35-02063507-generic i not
see any error messages. Before install this kernels on poweroff not
showed plymouth animation, after install this kernel i see this
animation.

On 2.6.36rc8 - normal started and shutdown, with .35 often showed errors
on start(in 90% case):
