[Bug 663892] [NEW] Terratec Cinergy C HD not operating correctly

Public bug reported:

This DVB-C tv tuner card is supported by the Mantis driver now included
in the kernel. However to make this card work I have to manually
modprobe the relevant modules (tda10021 and mantis). After this the card
works until I suspend the computer. Then I have to remove and reload the
modules for it to work again.

Seeing as this is a practically supported card, would be nice to have
the kinks worked out.
