I notified what suspend is successful then netbook in on line power when suspending. It comes to sleep fast and clean, and come back good both on line power and battery. 
But on battery power it suspend much-much slower, video signal is lost before powering off backlight and monitor displaying color lines (its like "no signal" on external monitors),  and after suspend there is no way to come back alive both on battery and line power.
On 10.04 both cases of suspend was on same behaviour.
