i have the same issues with my 9650se on both ubuntu server 10.04 and 10.10 (both on their official latest kernel)
it freezes at all pc after few minutes.

it works good on ubuntu 9.04 with 2.6.28-11 kernel.

as soon as possible i will provide some addictional information (it's a
production server and i cannot power off every times as i want)
