The same goes for Natty, please turn it on again.

As long as there is no acceptable replacement for OSS functionalwise it
must not be turned off. As OSSp is not yet an option please start by
finalizing that one before you turn OSS off.

This investigation apparently didn't come true which should have
resulted in OSS being turned on again.
